About the project

Spolkova 13 is a project with 17 units – apartments, penthouses, and studios. The buildings date from 1908 and are completely renovated to high standards under the guidance of Architect Filip Wicherek.

You enter your new homestead via the glass door, a spacious corridor leads you to the entrance of the front building to your left and to the parking area (6 cars) straight ahead. A small patio separates the front building from the rear building. The rear apartments are reached via bridges connecting both buildings. All apartments can be reached by the elevator. There are a total of 9 car parking spaces. Six of them are located in a semi-enclosed unheated space between the buildings, which is partially open to the outside world. The parking spaces are not individually enclosed. The other two spaces are located in front of the building and one fully covered parking space is located in the adjacent street, Přadlacká. The central heating is supplied by the City of Brno city heating system. This is an eco-friendly and cost-effective solution. The top floors of the penthouses have aircondition. All windows are triple glazed with PVC frames.
